For Pakistanis of foreign nationality, the Economic Affairs Division (EAD) has announced admissions to MBBS, BDS, D.Pharmacy, and BSc Engineering programs in Pakistani universities through the Pakistan Technical Assistance Program PTAP Admission 2023. Eligibility Criteria for BSc Engineering
Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics must be at the HSSC level or higher to qualify for BSc Engineering admissions through PTAP.

Candidates must have passed the SAT-I and SAT-II OR Entry Test, as needed by various universities.

EAD admissions through PTAP: Interested applicants can submit their applications online at www.ead.gov.pk, the EAD’s official website.
Candidates who are interested in applying for the aforementioned positions should send their complete applications to the R&l/PTAP Section of the Economic Affairs Division in the specified application form (in square format).

Criteria for D. Pharmacy Admission under PTAP Physics, Chemistry, and Biology must be completed at the HSSC level or higher.

Must possess a current document proving Pakistani origins, such as a Pakistan Origin card, or a NADRA l.D. card, or a Pakistani passport.
