The USAID-funded Merit and Needs-Based Scholarship Program created the Talent Hunt Program (THP) to support and prepare gifted female students from low-income families who want to pursue higher education but are unable to do so due to a lack of funds for the professional entry test preparation workshops.

The goal of this effort is to find talented female students with outstanding Matriculation and FA/Fsc grades early on and invest in them by providing workshops for entry tests so they may be admitted to Pakistani medical, engineering, and general institutions.

eligibility requirements

The student must be a citizen of Pakistan or AJ&K.

must come from a household with little money

have to be protected Intermediate ( year) in the Engineering/Medical/Computer Sciences Group with a V 80 percent or above is required.  70 percent or more in the Social/General Science/Arts & Humanities Group in Intermediate (1″ year).

There will be a special priority for female Pakistani students from rural and developing regions students with varying levels of ability

Procedure for Selection

The HEC Committee will examine the application to determine the applicant’s eligibility.

The merit list will be created using the program’s needs-based criteria and academic records.

Top applicants will get offer letters based on seats that are available.
The program pays the stipend
After the training workshop, a practice exam will be given.
