Vitamin provided by sunlight: 

  1. Vitamin A
  2. Vitamin B
  3. Vitamin C
  4. Vitamin D


 UVB rays convert 7-dehydrocholesterol in skin to Vitamin D3. Requires 10-30 min sun exposure 3x/week. Deficiency causes rickets (children) or osteomalacia (adults). Darker skin needs more exposure due to melanin blocking UV.
