After completing Wudu (ablution), Muslims recite the Kalimah-e-Shahadat: “Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah, wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan abduhu wa rasuluh” (I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is His servant and messenger). This declaration reaffirms faith and purity of intention. The Prophet (PBUH) emphasized that Wudu cleanses sins and prepares one for prayer. Reciting the Shahadat post-ablution symbolizes spiritual renewal and readiness to worship. It also aligns with the Sunnah, as narrated in Hadith collections like Bukhari and Muslim. This practice strengthens the believer’s connection to Tawheed (monotheism) and the Prophet’s teachings.
